Non-Silicone Thermal Grease is a kind of phase change paste, it uses the thermal conductivity particles zinc oxide as the carrier made into a new material to instead of the traditional thermal grease.
When the temperature arrive at 43°C, it will be flow like the thermal grease, to fill out air gaps, thereby more effectively reduce the thermal resistance, and increase heat transfer.
